I’m curious. How many clients did your business work with over the last year? How many of them were “gorilla” clients (more than 35% of your revenue for that year)? For folks I’ve worked with and collected data on, the average–when I toss out the outlier highest and outlier lowest–is 6.1 clients/year, and the median is 4.5.I don’t have data on gorilla clients, but exactly 1/3 of those clients of mine worked with 3 or fewer clients in the previous year which makes it highly likely that at least one of each of those clients’ clients were a gorilla to them.I’d like to expand my data on this subject a bit, so, how about you?How many clients did your business work with over the last year?Send me a note directly to my inbox here.-P
