How the System Works

Setup and path alignment

We set up a sending subdomain on your domain, connect it to your prospect list, and build the research and drafting pipeline. This takes two to three weeks depending on ICP clarity.

The automated loop

Prospects flow in from your list nightly. Each is researched and a personalized message is drafted. Outreach sends on a controlled daily volume. Responses arrive in your inbox.

Human review layer

Messages can be reviewed before sending, or approved in batches, or sent automatically based on confidence thresholds. You choose the level of oversight that fits your risk tolerance.

Ongoing tuning
